A Solid Foundation for Bleed Control Readiness
Not every facility needs chest trauma coverage or wound-packing gauze on day one — but every high-risk environment needs a reliable way to stop severe external bleeding fast. The RapidStop® Standard Bleed Control Kit delivers exactly that: the same field-proven tourniquet used across the entire RapidStop line, paired with the core supplies needed to control bleeding and stabilize a patient until emergency services arrive.
The RapidStop® Tourniquet — Fast, Single-Handed, Field-Proven
At the core of every RapidStop kit is the patented RapidStop® Tourniquet, engineered for single-handed application even under stress or with limited training. It’s rated to a minimum 600N tensile strength, fits limb circumferences from roughly 7″ to 33″, and meets Mil-W-17337 spec with an 8,000N breaking strength — military-grade ruggedness built for both battlefield and civilian emergency use.
Core Trauma Response Essentials
- RapidStop® Tourniquet — Single-handed limb hemorrhage control
- Hemorrhage Control Bandage (4″) — Wraps and applies direct pressure to external wounds
- AeroGlove™ nitrile gloves (2 pairs) — Barrier protection for the responder
- RapidStop® emergency trauma shears — Quickly cuts clothing to expose the wound
- AeroPlast™ thermal blanket — Helps prevent hypothermia in trauma patients, a common secondary risk after major blood loss
- RapidStop® permanent marker — Records tourniquet application time, a critical detail for the medical team that takes over care
Weatherproof Case, Wall-Mount Ready
Everything ships in a durable, weatherproof plastic gasket case with a carry handle and wall bracket — designed to stay organized and instantly accessible whether it’s mounted at a job site, staged in a vehicle, or kept in a public venue.
Room to Scale Up
The Standard kit is the foundation of the RapidStop line, and it’s built to be upgraded rather than replaced as your risk profile changes. If chest trauma is a realistic concern for your environment, the Advanced kit adds a chest seal dressing vent. If deep wound packing is also a priority, the Pro kit adds both the chest seal and Z-fold hemostatic gauze. All three share the same tourniquet, case, and core supplies, so upgrading later doesn’t mean starting over.
Built for Baseline Compliance — and Increasingly, a Requirement
Stop-the-bleed kits are becoming a standard expectation, not just a nice-to-have, in construction, forestry, extreme sports venues, and public event spaces. Kits like this help satisfy public safety preparedness requirements — including Martyn’s Law in jurisdictions where it applies — for venues and worksites expected to maintain bleed control readiness.
Two Kit Classes Available
- RSK500 (Military/Standard class) — Full-featured kit built to the specification above
