High-Density Polyethylene Shell With UV Inhibitor
The shell is high-density polyethylene with a UV inhibitor, built for superior top impact protection across industrial and construction environments. The hat carries an ANSI Impact Rating of Type I and an Electrical Class Rating of Class E, tested to withstand higher voltage than Class C or G — a real consideration for utility and electrical crews working around live equipment.
Fas-Trac III Ratchet Suspension
The Fas-Trac III suspension uses flush rear lug attachments to eliminate pressure points and a contoured comfort pad to prevent hair-pulling. Three levels of nape strap adjustment let a worker fully customize the fit for continued, comfortable wear through a long shift, and the ratchet knob adjusts quickly without tools.
