Full-Brim Protection Built for Lamp Use

Underground, confined-space, and low-light work often requires a hands-free lamp mounted directly to the hard hat. This V-Gard model is built specifically for that need, with an integrated bracket that holds a cap lamp in place and a cord holder that routes the lamp cable out of the way instead of dangling loose.

One-Piece Molded Shell

The hat is one-piece injection molded from polyethylene, giving it a consistent, durable structure without seams or weak points. Full brim coverage shields the face, neck, and shoulders from falling debris and overhead hazards on every side.

Staz-On 4-Point Suspension, Pin-Lock Adjustment

The 4-point Staz-On suspension adjusts with a manual pin-lock system, letting a worker dial in a secure fit. Side slots accommodate additional accessories such as face shields and ear muffs beyond the lamp bracket itself.

Class C Electrical Rating

This model carries an ANSI Electrical Class Rating of Class C, meaning it offers no electrical insulation and is intended for general impact protection only — not for work around energized electrical equipment.
