Dexterity for ESD-Sensitive Work

Some jobs need a glove that feels like a second skin and also protects components from static. The HyFlex 11-819 ESD pairs a seamless 18-gauge nylon, spandex, and carbon liner with an ultra-thin nitrile foam coating. The carbon fiber gives the glove its ESD function, which is certified to EN 16350:2014. That protects products against electrostatic discharge, and Ansell notes the glove can be used in a grounding chain in explosive-atmosphere (ATEX) zones.

FORTIX™ Foam Nitrile Palm

The palm and fingers are coated in Ansell’s FORTIX foam nitrile. It’s built for grip and long wear, and Airgas’s listing cites up to 2x more grip and up to 20% more durability. The foam finish is also thin and breathable, so hands stay comfortable through a long shift.

Touchscreen Compatible

Workers can use consumer and industrial touchscreens with the gloves on, which cuts down on glove changes during inspection, scanning, and logistics tasks.

Comfort and Skin Care

Ansell’s ZONZ™ Comfort Fit knitting reduces tension and strain in the hand. The gloves are dermatologically tested and OEKO-TEX® certified, and Ansell uses a proprietary washing process for a clean, low-lint glove.
