Eight Points of Impact Control

Most hard hats use a 4- or 6-point suspension. The E2’s exclusive smooth crown design uses eight load-bearing points to stabilize and balance the hat during everyday wear, and on impact, the SuperEight impact energy control system dissipates force by reducing it to smaller increments and spreading it over a greater area — rather than concentrating that force on the head at one spot.

Class C, E, and G Electrical Protection

Where most hard hats carry one electrical class, this E2 model is rated for all three: Class C (no electrical protection, for jobs where insulation isn’t needed), Class E (high voltage), and Class G (general/low voltage). That range gives a single hat coverage across mixed electrical environments, rather than needing a different hat for each classification.

Ratchet Adjustment for a Precise Fit

The ratchet suspension lets a worker dial in an exact fit with a turn of the dial, faster and more precise than a pin-lock system. The shell is slotted, so it accepts standard hard hat accessories.

Fits a Standard Range of Head Sizes

This model fits head sizes 6-1/2″ to 8″, covering most adult users in a unisex, one-size shell.
