Eight Points of Impact Control
Most hard hats use a 4- or 6-point suspension. The E1’s exclusive smooth crown design uses eight load-bearing points to stabilize and balance the hat during everyday wear, and on impact, the SuperEight impact energy control system dissipates force by reducing it to smaller increments and spreading it over a greater area — rather than concentrating that force on the head at one spot.
Full Brim for All-Around Protection
A full brim adds an extra margin of protection from hazardous sun rays and hazardous substances falling onto the neck and shoulders — coverage a cap-style hat doesn’t offer. That makes it a strong choice for outdoor work with heavy sun exposure or overhead hazards on all sides, not just the front.
Class C, E, and G Electrical Protection
This E1 model is rated for all three electrical classes: Class C (no electrical protection, for jobs where insulation isn’t needed), Class E (high voltage), and Class G (general/low voltage). That range gives a single hat coverage across mixed electrical environments, rather than needing a different hat for each classification.
Ratchet Adjustment for a Precise Fit
The ratchet suspension lets a worker dial in an exact fit with a turn of the dial, faster and more precise than a pin-lock system.
Hi-Viz Strong Orange for Visibility
The bright, high-visibility orange shell makes wearers easy to spot on a busy job site, around moving equipment, or in low-light conditions — useful anywhere visual identification matters as much as head protection.
