Three sets of red LED lights trace the path of simulated blood flow from the chest to the brain, activating in proportion to how deep and how fast compressions are performed. When compression depth exceeds 5 cm and rate exceeds 100 per minute, the lights fully illuminate — giving an unmistakable, visual confirmation that blood is reaching the brain the way it would in a real cardiac arrest.
