Active Ingredient: Calcium Carbonate 420mg
Directions: Adults and children 12 years and older: take 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours or as needed. Do not exceed the maximum dosage of this product for more than 2 weeks except under the advice of a physician. Children under 12: consult a doctor.
