Fitted with a premium absorbent inner material, AeroPad dressings are built to manage weeping or bleeding wounds effectively, helping keep the wound environment appropriately dry — an important factor in preventing infection and supporting proper healing. Regular changing is still recommended to keep the wound area clean.
Double-Sided for Flexible Application
Because the low-adherent film is applied to both sides of the pad, there’s no need to worry about which side faces the wound — a practical convenience during a fast-moving first aid response.
Requires a Secondary Bandage
This dressing is a wound pad, not a self-adhesive bandage — a bandage or adhesive tape is required to hold it in place over the wound. Pair it with a conforming bandage or medical tape from your first aid kit for a complete application.
Sterile and Individually Wrapped
Each dressing is individually packed and sterilized, keeping it clean and safe until the moment it’s actually needed — an important hygiene detail for a dressing sitting directly against an open wound.
