The AeroBurn Sterile Burn Dressing is built specifically for that critical window, combining a cooling hydrogel formula with a dressing format that stays in place and keeps working.

Hydrogel Formula That Does the Work

AeroBurn’s gel is made from over 90% purified water, propylene glycol, and glycerin, embedded in a proprietary embossed nonwoven carrier. That high water content is what drives the rapid cooling effect — pulling heat from the burn site faster and more effectively than a dry dressing or plain water alone, while continuing to hydrate the wound and support the skin’s healing process.

Non-Adherent, Non-Toxic, and Long-Lasting

Unlike traditional dressings that can stick to burned tissue and cause additional pain or damage on removal, AeroBurn is formulated to be non-adherent and non-toxic — minimizing irritation while maximizing relief. The dressing can remain in place for up to 2 hours, providing sustained cooling and pain relief without requiring constant re-dressing or continuous running water.

Water-Soluble for Easy Removal

When it’s time to change the dressing, AeroBurn’s water-soluble gel rinses off cleanly, making dressing changes simpler and less traumatic for the patient than a dressing that has to be peeled or soaked off.

How to Use

1. Open the sterile packaging and apply the dressing directly to the affected area.
2. Leave in place for cooling and pain relief — up to 2 hours per application.
3. Change the dressing as needed depending on wound condition, using water to rinse off the gel cleanly.
